Moroccan Lamb Kabobs

1/2 tsp ground cumin

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp salt

                                    3 TB fresh cilantro

3 Tb fresh flat leaf parsley

1 medium white onion

 

Mix ingredients thoroughly and marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.  Marinade works best with one to two pounds of Reister Farms lamb kabobs.
